And like the great Monkey King, "Wu Kong", in the Chinese masterpiece, "Journey to the West", there is a cosmic blizzard of unseen electromagnetic energy attracting African Americans back to Africa.  In the same breath, a legion of diverse and minority tech founders are trekking to Silicon Valley.  It appears the Afrobots have all enjoined in a race against time.  A race to move beyond race.  A race to be the next negro to make the "Billion Dollar Monkey Face."

Many of you who are adherents of, and deeply sympathetic to Dr. William Shockley's radical indoctrination based on racist beliefs might compare our migration to Silicon Valley with the well-worn Cockroach Theory.  What is the Cockroach Theory?  An investment concept that promulgates when a corporation shares negative news about earnings, operations, or prospects, smart investors should run.  Why?  Because investors can expect more negative news in the near future based on the observation that when you see one cockroach, there are many more nearby, hidden in the cracks, lurking in the musty damp darkness, waiting to devour your "crumbs."  Best believe, I am not your Negro!  And I am surely not our cockroach!

By controlling the flow of "La Fedia" (i.e. dinero, queso, money), "The Gringo Problem" not only dictates the tone and pace of the greater social structure in Silicon Valley, it also determines who eats, who starves, and who burns in hell.  This looming social dynamic taking place in Silicon Valley is best defined as "economic terror", or "White terror", where the opportunity to design own's own destiny is shrouded in fear, poverty, and neglect.

"White terror" is actually made possible by Dr. William Shockley's anti-Black teachings., but also decades of Generational White Male Privilege (GWMP).  GWMP has spawned an entirely new generation of diverse, minority founders who have been "jack-balled", wu-wopped" and marginalized due to the severe restriction of seed money, start up, and investment capital made available to diverse, minority founders.

The deeply entrenched "financial-political-judicial matrix minorities have been subjected to historically, and today, has crippled the nervous system of most Indigenous Peoples.  Why?  Because the fundamental nature and character of "White Terror" (i.e. systemic racism) is to "block", "ban", "conquer", "confuse", "confine", and "control" communities and "people of color."  This extreme case of social disintegration, albeit, subtle, is endemic to Silicon Valley.

Silicon Valley is known as a place where the best ideas win!  As a result, there is a desperate need for rich pools of colorblind capital on Sand Hill Road.  Diverse, minority founders desire nothing more then to receive equal access to the billions of dollars invested by women and men who are inspired by tech entrepreneurs who possess innovative, revolutionary ideas, regardless of race.

 

The chilly imperialistic class of super wealthy white men who rule and roam Silicon Valley's digital countryside openly benefit from Generational White Male Privilege (GWMP).  Decades of unchecked GWMP has made it possible for privileged white males in Silicon Valley to develop technological clusters, while promoting racial animosity, rather than "multicultural collaboration."

 

Due to the racially-biased, socioeconomic trend taking place in Silicon Valley today, human existence has grown painfully sore and wretched for diverse, minority founders.  The eurocentric warlords masquerading as gleaming white knights have did everything in their mythical power to obscure and obfuscate the original technological and "soul mission" of Silicon Valley.   A valuable mission that sought to use breathtaking innovation to heal our planet, feed and clothe the poor, and help unlock the infinite pure potentiality lying dormant in every human being.

 

  Rather than "the greatest good for the greatest number", the benefactors of GWMP have amassed enormous social and economic capital.  These hard- charging, egomaniacs have achieved this incredible feat by adopting, implementing, and monetizing (4) fundamental principles which have all worked to "lock out" diverse, minority founders from obtaining equity and building wealth in Silicon Valley.  Their four principles are;

 

1. Promote Economic Inequality.
2. Insist on a Lack of Inclusion.
3. Drive Token Diversity
4. Maintain a new, subtle form of White Supremacy 3.0 
   

To all of the BIG TECH corps, Venture Capitalists, and Angels who prosper from parasitic, symbiotic relationships by eating niggas raw, here's a napkin.  No need to fret. No need to blush.  In Silicon Valley this is the natural order of things. And as my favorite barefoot guitar-playin' hippie once sang, "Times are a changin'." But as we all know, change takes courage.  Courage takes time.  Trust and believe, like Bob Dylan said, us niggas be sick and tired of gettin', "Too Much of Nothing."

The primary goal and objective of the Niggerization of Silicon Valley is to provide the reader with an in-depth analysis of the economic disparities, and systemic racism which continues to plague diverse, minority tech founders in Silicon Valley. 

 

With the exception of micro grants, crowdfunding, and "a get it out the mud bootstrap mentality" diverse, minority founders who possess the intellectual capacity and effectiveness to succeed in the tech industry have very few options.  Many VCs, Angels, and BIG TECH corps suffer from deep reaching "in group bias."  Which means the decision-makers or "check writers"automatically favor those who belong to their group.  Those who look like them.  Talk like them.  Act like them. Think like them.

To go a step further, in Silicon Valley, "white makes might, and if you ain't white you ain't right!  As a result, of deeply entrenched "cognitive dissonance" which has lead to "cognitive bias", rarely do diverse, minority founders receive adequate amounts of capital to scale or deliver innovative tech products to the marketplace.  

 

German philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer believed, "All truth passes through three stages.  First, it is ridiculed.  Second, it is violently opposed.  Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.  The ongoing economic oppression, and institutional racism taking place in Silicon Valley is "self-evident."

 

 Every since the Middle Passage, America's predatory nature has been in constant conflict with the "African scattering" (aka Diaspora), as well as the "day-to-day survival" of Indigenous Peoples, all over the planet.  For centuries, on American soil, and abroad, there has been an "unwritten rule of law", whereas, "the most brutal, profit-starved, caucazoids are permitted to scrape, scrap, and steal the skin & souls of Black folks.

 

Because of these "historical wrong doings" there is a great karmic, cosmic, and ancestral debt to be paid.  A mountain of debt that must be PAID IN FULL.  Those VCs, Angels, and BIG TECH corps tucked away in cozy Silicon Valley, who "profit from the cheapest labor of Third World countries" or "the millions of Brown & Black families decimated by mass incarceration so our prison convictions can be "re-packaged" as securities and sold on the open market", because of this ongoing oppression, there is a price to pay.  

 

The gatekeepers of Generational White Male Privilege (GWMP) and the "closed economic system" Silicon Valley currently operates under today are no different than those Thick Face-Black Heart, violent perpetrators of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade.  These savages posing as Christians, are the architects of Jim Crow, Lynching, Sundown Laws, White mobs who murder, slavery, stolen land from Mexico, legalized rape of "women of color", small pox woven into blankets to kill Native Americans,  Atomic bombs dropped on Japanese women & children, Henrietta Lacks skin cells, stolen for profit, imperialism, colonialism, racism, and The Christian Black Codes of 1724.  We must be honest.  We must ask ourselves, how much has really changed in 300 years?  And furthermore, is this a crisis or an opportunity?

  It appears Silicon Valley has built a Chinese wall between investment capital, the fair distribution of wealth, and diverse and minority founders.  This unequal treatment and "self-serving bias" demonstrated by those in the tech sector mocks credibility, and will have systemic, long-lasting, repercussions for years to come.

  It is imperative that we all began to re-imagine a New Silicon Valley! An open, intuitive, technological environment filled with radical disruption, daring innovation, new energy, new vision, and the baddest, boldest of melanin rich people.  Real people who create and demonstrate new forms of "real-world innovation", based on real solutions, which solve real problems.  The Afrobots plan to construct a new digital world.  A universal system decentralized to its core.  A dangerously safe virtual space filled with "Afrocentric Thought", plus multicultural perspectives, processes, and people.  WE envision a utopian world, completely re-balanced, and re-calibrated based on the standards, sentiments, and spirituality of the creators of civilization.  

  The time has come for the elitist European tech titans and alumni of Harvard, Stanford, and MIT to tear down the virtual walls.  And quit mocking God's plan.   The human family must all work together in order to accelerate diversity, equity, inclusion, and raw human potential which is infinite and unbounded.  mosuebi.AI plans to fast track our goals by implementing artificial intelligence (AI), instead of "artificial ignorance", (i.e. systemic racism +  white supremacy, =  dead energy.)

  Collectively, we will disrupt Silicon Valley's daunting"status quo."  You can help us do away with the  "halo effect" by asking your favorite "Billionaire" one important question.    "Who's kickin' your ass?  Because if she or he, has never experienced a "hard earned" ass kickin', whether physically, mentally, or emotionally,  life has no meaning.  No substance.  No power.  Life becomes an anomaly.  A mystery.  A cultural pathology.  Man's search for meaning.  Harsh.  Cold.  Cruel.  Unforgiving.  Absent deep-rooted, cultural change, Silicon Valley will continue to pay "lip service" to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Silicon Valley is recognized as the "technological hub" of the multi-trillion dollar tech industry.  In Silicon Valley it is estimated that only 1 out of 100 venture-funded tech start up founders are African-American.  And more than 80% of venture capital firms DO NOT have at least one Black investor.  In 2021 Black founders received 1.2% of 147 billion dollars in venture capital invested.  It is clear to many of us that conscious or unconscious racial bias drives the lack of investment capital made available to Brown & Black founders.

   The late Elijah Muhammad wrote, "Observe the operations of the white man.  He is successful. He makes no excuses for his failures."  

Wealthy, influential, white males in Silicon Valley have worked hard to leverage OPM, and the undeniable technological prominence all made possible by GWMP, ( an acronym for Generational White Male Privilege).

What is GWMP?  A deeply embedded social structure and economic system which guarantees young privileged white males receive the lion's share of any and all investment capital available.  GWMP allows Silicon Valley "gatekeepers" to normalize the unwritten narrowness of Generational White Male Privilege to the detriment of countless women and minority founders, and their progeny.  

   The disparate treatment taking place in Silicon Valley has scored high on the U.S. Misery Index.   Unfortunately, GWMP has lead the tech sector to become a dark, gloomy, hodgepodge of "White Supremacy", "racial bias", "economic inequality", and "a general lack of funding for diverse, minority founders."  It is only a matter of time before this dangerous contagion spreads like a fast-moving virus to other cities in the U.S. and abroad.

  Now that the smoke has cleared, we can plainly see, "the cracker has crumbled."  His untimely demise has allowed an eclectic mix of crypto wussies, pussies, and whores to embark on a fresh new beginning.   Having been "hollowed out" by the unexpected wealth annihilation of Uncle Sam's FTX (F*ck The Xenophobics!)  Jaded by the rapid implosion of Silicon Valley Bank, First Republic, and others, as well as a multilingual gaggle of users, abusers, scammers, and schemers, the digital currency space has grown more crowded, ridiculous, and illogical.  mosuebi coin (an acronym for Minority-Owned Start Up Equity Block Investment) was created to "make it make sense."   

  As Black and Indigenous founders, investors, and "Holy Mad Men", together we will pray, squabble, and fight harder, and more aggressively, to obtain "economic equality", "meaningful diversity", and "tangible ownership" in our ever-changing, cashless, labor-less, society.  What are we fighting for?  The tools to succeed!  As diverse, minority founders we require start up capital.  And do not be mistaken, our vision is clear.  But without capital, it's just a dream.  And nothing comes to a dreamer but sleep.  The question is, "how far are we willing to take it, to get what we need?"  Time will tell.  War is hell.  But something has to give.  By demonstrating unified actions our primary objective is simple.   Our goal is to redefine, re-imagine, and reconfigure the so-called crypto space by leveraging "real-time transparency","disruptive innovation" and unthinkable ways to monetize, scale, and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) into each of our two dozen, minority- owned tech start ups.  

  Our deep research has allowed us to examine the economic structure at the intersection of technology, investment capital, social inequality, and race.  What we have "dis-covered" in Silicon Valley is diverse, minority founders who seek to raise capital on the same scale as "white males", face an extraordinary dilemma.  As a result, I believe technological change, and radical innovation are in jeopardy.  The widespread prevalence of Generational White Male Privilege (GWMP) has led to increasing economic disparity, paired with a new subtle form of anti-Blackness taking place in and around Silicon Valley.  Gimmie equity or gimmie death!  My melanin equals wealth!
